Speckled Maple(Acer spp.)This remarkable looking wood is a true on-of-a-kind find. We have a limited supply of this wood due to its rarity. In general it is a creamy white with brown streaks or light and/or dark brown specks while others will be a milky brown with creamy white specks. Some of the wood will also be spalting. The color of this wood varies from pen blank to pen blank. This wood is stabilized and is easy to turn and finish.
